The staff was great, we had to ask a few times for extra towels but they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was stunning- pricy but stunning ad perfect location for us. Can be a bit street noisy but overall - we will be back
Sliding bathroom door was a bit "sticky" to move, only had very minimal towels/Toilet paper, wish the refrig was stocked so I could use bottled water for coffee pot

We had an upgraded room with an amazing view of the lake, museums and the park.
The staff were ok but really indifferent and the facilities are older.

Location, friendly staff.
Marriot Bonvoy member. Paid $1300 in full in advance for 2 nights. I looked at their website the day of check in and saw the lakeview room available for my dates less than the price i had paid in full. When I requested a lakeview room, they said it would be an addition $70 a night, even though the price advertised was less than what i had already paid, when I pointed this out, they said there was nothing that could be done because I had paid in advance. No water bottles provided either like you get with Hilton Honors.
