The room had two bathrooms and all the necessary amenities which was very convenient. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great for all the events that were going on at the park and Soldier Field that week.
The floor plan is a little confusing and the signage to find ice machines on the room floors is a little confusing.
There were a few high volume events going on and the logistics to use the elevators were not the most organized for the amount of foot traffic that was happening.
