Stayed 3 nights for my trip to RMNP. It is a bit far when compared with properties located in Estes Park. But I didnt mind the travel time to Estes Park and RMNP, since it saved me a bunch of money and provided me with a better room! The property and room were clean and actually exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast and parking were also a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and fast food chains around the property.
Breakfast start time of 7:00am on the weekend was a bit late for me, especially since I was leaving for RMNP early in the AM. If possible, breakfast could start at 6:00am.
Having coffee available in the lobby throughout the day would also be nice. Something to consider by management. :)

Easy to manage! Everything well
They should improve the gym place a little bit.
No big changes, but some extra weights and repairing the full body machine would be great

The facility was clean.
The pool area was EXTREMELY noisy. The toilet did not flush. When went to front desk and asked for 3 blankets they handed us one and said that was all they had in their house keeping supply and couldn't give us anymore. (We had 3 beds). There were not any spoons at breakfast. When all of this was brought to the attention of a manager we were told they had a very busy night.
