Such a friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. We left something behind of value and they were so kind to mail it back. We appreciate their amazing service.
There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel

Clean cozy room, close to a bunch of shopping and eating without having to go back onto a busy highway, straight shot to Rocky Mountain National park
We had a concerning incident happen while staying here but the staff was apologetic and made it right.

The staff was the best part. Breakfast was ok.
I think it's ridicules to charge customers 6 dollars per night to park their car in the Hampton Inn lot. It feels like your gouging your customers for every cent you can get from them. I have stayed at several Hampton Inns all over the country and have never been charged to park in the parking lot! I will stay elsewhere next time due to this policy.
