Great place.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The staff was nice and breakfast was good. They seemed to be having some sort of towel shortage. They ran out of both pool and regular towels one evening. My kid had to drip his way freezing thru the hotel then use hand towels to dry off after his shower. We asked for more the next morning & they still hadn’t arrived 9 hours later when we returned. Had to send son down to get them again. It was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise it was mostly good. Pool was small and over-crowded (25+ people) but that’s not really in their control.

Great place to stay! The room was spotless. The staff was always very helpful. Very accessible to Roosevelt national Forest and Rocky Mountain national Park. The pool and hot tub were great too! Great food and drinks with in walking distance from the hotel.
