The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great for our trip.
We arrived at 3PM (normal check-in time). Visited the front desk and went through the motions. Received our keys and went to the room. Upon opening the door we noticed the bed was messy from the previous guest. Trash in the cans and dirty towels in the bathroom and leftover food in the fridge. We immediately called the front desk and notified them so they could send up housekeeping to clean the room. A maid came and asked us if we just checked in our were there from the previous day. We explained we just checked in and the room was dirty. Then a "manager" came through to confirm. Fifteen-twenty minutes later and the maid came back and thoroughly cleaned the room and changed all the linens and apologized for the mix-up. No further issues.

Location was key for us, 4 miles from venue.
Bathroom had water damaged tile and wall paper. Window would not lock and had a 1/2” gap that allowed traffic to spike like it was in the room. Found a live bug in shower.

The size of the room was excellent. The mini fridge even had a freezer. The breakfast offered had many hot and cold options and they constantly kept surfaces clean and disinfected.
The air conditioner in our room did not work and actually put out heat which wasn’t good because temperatures outside were 90°F. We had to open the window at night before we went to sleep to try and cool the room down. The shower area had a little mildew on the ceiling.

Location was good for the events I needed to attend.
The roaches in the hotel room. The hot tub did not work. Tried calling before I got there to make sure it works. No answer. When I arrived and mentioned, I tried to call, I was told by a staff member the front desk phone does not work.
