Room was spacious and comfortable, great view of Arch and River. Spa was very good, as well as restaurant. All staff were helpful and friendly.

I thought the pool didn’t look that inviting. Definitely different to the images on the website.

Very nice and very clean! Smells amazing! The complementary coffee/Tea set up in the lobby for early mornings was also great! The bath products were amazing also.
The TV entertainment was very odd and difficult to cast your media to. It was linked to Google and asking for permission to gather extra information.

I was very excited to have a girlfriends weekend in a 5 star hotel. I don't feel like we got the value for what we paid for the room.
We had to ask twice for things like extra towels, a pullout bed, etc. No one asked for our order in the pool we had to hunt people down.
