There is so much to do here you don’t even have to leave the property! So many fun things for the family. We loved the light shows.
The front desk staff were all friendly, Reggie was exceptionally helpful with our booking.

The hotel was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the staff had excellent service!
Our phone wasn’t working. We tried calling the front desk from our cell phone but no one answered. We ended up having to go downstairs to get a repair man. They said the problem was in the wall and didn’t fix the phone.
They also charged us for an upgrade without giving us the upgrade (was supposed to be a room with a view of the fountain).

Loved the light show in the beautiful lobby. Liked the environment around the hotel. The hotel itself is a lot of fun and beautiful.
It was cold in the lobby, you just need to remember to take a sweater.

Breakfast was amazing and so was the breakfast staff. Nice building
Staff at reception on check out was extremely unfriendly and not supportive at all. Furniture in rooms very old fashioned
