The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to store luggage. When we came back to check in, luggage had already been sent up to the room. Nice touch. Clean modern rooms. Interesting options served with the Grab and Go breakfast. Restaurant options nearby and very close to cruise port. Walkable to ship and Ubers readily available.
The woman serving breakfast was incredibly friendly but the process was VERY confusing. There needs to be signage or she needs to clearly explain the process. People were lost.

Overpriced for a room in basement and a cold breakfast in a paper bag.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good facilities
The breakfast was poor. By the third day there were very limited choices. No yoghurts at all and no other extras. Why in bags? It would be far better to be able to make our own choices and have options including fresh fruit and cereal. Nothing for the toaster apart from taking the sandwich apart. No English Breakfast tea.
