We really liked the bed - it was super comfy! The staff was also extremely accommodating with our check out time. We ran a little late picking up our rental car, and they were able to allow us to leave our belongings in our room.
The faucet fixture in the bathroom was super loose. The coffee maker was hard to use.

Fairly reasonably priced for the Brooklyn area, breakfast is OK
There is little security at the property - anyone is able to walk in from the street without a keycard. The ground floor is noisy in the early morning with no sound proofing, staff shouting loudly in the corridors. There was no bathroom door in our room - only a wooden panel to pull across which was actually broken when we arrived, and a flickering lightbulb in the bathroom which we had to remove. After the cleaners had turned over the room a t-shirt went missing which reception staff were not able to locate. I would not expect belongings to be taken from a locked room.
