Not fancy but very comfortable and quiet. Perfectly located for visiting Bowdoin and accessible to shopping, dining. Felt like a step back in time to what motels were like in the past — but in a good way.
Breakfast was pretty ordinary but good enough.

Good location for our purposes but right on the Highway. Did t hear it though as we asked for a quiet room.
Not a lot of blankets on a bed for a Maine October.

The gentleman who checked us in, who was at the front desk during breakfast, was easy to deal with. Seemingly a very nice man. The process was quick/seamless.
Upon arrival, the smell of the room was quite perfumy/chemicalish. This oder mask did dissipate, over time, which, helped.

This was the last night of a 10-day road trip and we needed a place to stay before driving the last leg to home. The motel served its purpose.
The motel is dated and expensive (but cheaper than anything else in the area). A big deal was made about not smoking in the room (great) but the room had a strong floral smell, making me wonder what they were covering up and requiring opening the windows for a while. The breakfast was not worth the effort, but we found a great diner nearby.
