Convenient location. Pleasant, generic hotel/motel. Spacious room, very clean.
Breakfast was plentiful but bland.

the room, bed, and breakfast were very good.
Perhaps having hot chocolate available for those who don't drink coffee

I didn't have breakfast. I had brought my own.
In my room, I had spilled a glass of water on the floor. I only had a towel to wipe it up with and the towel was black from the dirty floor. Not super appealing. I was glad I brought a pair of slippers. I did let the hotel staff know.
Cleaner floors.

It was in the area that we were visiting.
The property was showing wear and did not appear to be well maintained.
