The breakfast was good and we like that it was delivered to our room. The room was spacious and very clean.

We didn’t feel the breakfast was anything special , when they advertised breakfast included.

It had an amazing location-obviously right off of beautiful Lake Michigan.
It was extremely outdated in terms of interior design, and looked very worn and in need of a full renovation.
In addition, some of the staff should definitely not be working in the hospitality industry— not very friendly. Others seemed nice though. Definitely should work on making the overall property management team (including management) more friendly/ nice / helpful in order to maximize the amazing location the hotel has been given.
