I liked the staff interactions. I liked that there is a button to lift and lower the blackout shades for the windows. I like the room set up. And I like that, there's a soak tub. Separate from the shower.
I didn't like that. The shower is not sealed. So that there's so much water on the floor I slipped walking away from the shower going back towards the pet room area. And you guys have high glass floor tiles, so I would think you'd want to make sure that the guest doesn't slip and fall. That definitely needs to be updated, not just for the aesthetic, but for functionality and safety
I also I think that the food at the cafe is overpriced and bland I got a Hummus plate for like $18 only for it to have moldy cauliflower inside. And the hummus to be dry and tasteless.

The only problems were that there was no way to turn the room lights off from the bed ... very frustrating.
Reception staff were always very good but often the queues there were offputting.
