The staff are always outstanding and we love that the property is smoke-free and casino free, making it a tranquil, relaxing place to stay.
Nothing.

Very nice hotel. It was right across the street from Nordstrom and a three level mall. We could walk through the mall and be on strip. It was away from all of the main hustle and bustle but still walkable and we liked that.

That doesn’t have a casino and spacious rooms
While I appreciated the stay, there are a few areas where I believe the experience could be improved. The rooms feel quite dated, particularly the beds, mattresses, and linen, and the overall quality of the furnishings did not meet my expectations. I also noticed some stains on the towels and pillows, which affected the impression of cleanliness. In terms of service, I would have appreciated assistance with my luggage from the bell staff, and a more attentive approach from the team overall. With some updates to the rooms and greater attention to service and housekeeping, the guest experience would be much stronger.
