The room had a great view of the Sphere, which was fun! The bed was comfortable, and I slept well! It was a non-smoking hotel which I appreciated and the best part was the waiter Carlos as The Good Plate.

The location was excellent as it was close to the Sphere.
We waited 30-45 minutes to get checked in because only one staff member was working the front desk. Additionally, after waiting so long, we got up to the desk only to have a flight crew arrive and act like they owned the place. We were “second best” once they arrived and it was quite disheartening. The restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding, but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you work for an airline.
