Spacious room, large bathroom.
Shower curtain did not totally prevent water from spraying outside the shower stall. Was it for disabled persons .

Staff very friendly, location was superb and the room amenities and breakfast was delicious
Maybe the only thing was the gym that can be improved but the rest is amazing and will definitely come back

Lovely big room and bed.
Couldn’t get anything but HOT water from the shower. Exterior of hotel blended into surrounding grey buildings, so we walked straight past it, at first. Had to retrace our steps (with heavy bags), considerably

Comfy room and bed. Room Service.
The reception staff were so rude. Not just to me but I witnessed this with other guests. I asked where I could get a SIM card having just arrived in the Canada and they couldn't help at all. I then found many places within a 5 min walk. They could have been more helpful. I wasn't told what time check out was or anything , which might explain why rooms are not ready for the next guests as virtually no information is given to the ones before.
