Location, friendly and helpful receptionist.
CAD 3 per item of luggage that you want to store after checkout. Also, Wifi costs over CAD 7 per day. The rooms were expensive enough and should have covered both, considering a 4* + hotel.

Great location with friendly staff. The breakfast was good quality and there was plenty of availability on the restaurant.
I was originally checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned and still had the previous guests’ leftover room service in it. I was offered a free cocktail voucher as compensation but never actually given this. I was then also charged for one day of breakfast even though this was included in my stay and I had already paid for it. These are all really minor things, but not something I would expect for a hotel of this standard or the amount I paid for my stay.
