The location was perfect for a concert at the Bell Centre. Nice to have all meals available on site.

ROOM WAS FINE. NICE VIEW. I DID NOT FEEL IT WAS A 5 STAR HOTEL. LOCATION WAS GREAT. NICE RESTAURANTS NEARBY. DID NOT LIKE THE HOTEL RESTAURANT OR BAR.
HOTEL WAS VERY CROWDED IN PUBLIC SPACES. VERY NOISY. I DID NOT FEEL THE HIGH PRICE WAS JUSTIFIED. STAYED ONLY BECAUSE CRUISE LINE WAS USING IT. WOULD STAY ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME. I GENERALLY LOVE FAIRMONT PROPERTIES. WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ONE.

Comfy bed. Good cocktails in the bar, the complimentary tart because it was our anniversary was a nice touch.
Rooms are small and poky, elevator lobby carpets are filthy, the pool / hot tub situation is very poor. Tiny, cold pool- not enough seats or even any hooks to put your robe or towel on, the hot tub was just slightly bigger than a bath. Location would be good if in town for work but we would have been better off staying in the old part of town for what we had decided to do. Compared to other fairmonts - this one really didn’t have enough character to help get past the shabbiness or tiny rooms.
