The staff were incredible and hooked us up with a free 4 pm late check-out, which was a huge lifesaver before our long evening flight! The room was really spacious with separate living and bedroom areas, and having a kettle, microwave, and fridge made baby bottle prep super easy. The free breakfast was a handy convenience, and the location is great for restaurants - definitely check out the awesome Mexican spot right next door and the food hall across the road.
On the downside, there were no doors between the living area and bedroom, which made putting the baby to sleep while staying awake in the other room a bit tricky. The 15-minute walk to the nearest grocery store also felt a little dodgy, though we weren't sure if that was just typical for the area.

Location price and staff
No kettle just a tea maker which didn’t help when we only drink tea

Location was great, close to restaurants. Room was well sized, clean and comfortable.
Check-in was a bit of chaos, seemed a little understaffed, although the lady working at reception did a great job. Breakfast was ok, but they should consider moving the buffet location away from the entrance of the room so everything is less crowded. A second waffle machine would be a good idea too!

Central location, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, huge TV
Lifts were very slow, nightmare during check in and out times, I had a room on the 10th floor (out of 11) and the views were amazing, however no block out blinds in my room so hard to properly relax and wind down till well after 10 when the sun set….minor details but I prefer my rooms black when I want to sleep
