We enjoyed the hotel being a short distance / walk to the c-train, city centre mall and various cafes and restaurants. It was modern with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and professional.
The food at breakfast was just okay and the breakfast room was packed on the weekend, which resulted in our party missing out on breakfast 2 mornings. Also, the bath / shower water was lukewarm.

Stayed one night. The staff were nice and location was good. room was large and modern with all amenities. Nice gym on the top floor. Breakfast was included and was not bad, fairly basic but everything you needed. Bed was huge and super comfy.
No kettle in the room for making tea

Convenient location to walk around the city center…friendly staffs too.
Water refilling stations are only on 2 designated floors..

Valet parking: Expensive, not convenient for guests, and really unnecessary. On top of that, the hotel says the car might be parked on the street and that they are not taking responsibility for damages or theft. If you force me to pay $45 per night for the service and take my car keys, you should absolutely be responsible for anything that happens to my car. The only benefit of the service is peace of mind regarding safety.
No toothbrush kit, no slippers.
