Great location and facilities The staff at the hotel are exceptional who accommodated our early check in and late check out ( storing our luggage etc) with kindness and understanding Of note was the young man who checked us in on the 8/10 ( sorry I didn’t get his name) and also Cem on the 10/10 who helped us too We would stay at any of this chains hotels in the future on the basis of our experience in Calgary

This place is a gem - location great but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff - from checking in to valet to bar/restaurant staff all are the BEST

Central location
The check-in and check out staff were abysmal, the most unfriendly and unprofessional people we came across on our trip across Canada.
