The room was more small apartment style with small kitchen, washer/drier, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower/tub, large windows with beautiful views of the city.
no issues

I loved our room! We stayed in the executive suite. Full kitchen, separate bedroom, massive living space, laundry, large 2 balconies. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub as well. Location is walkable to everywhere in downtown Vancouver.
If I had to pick something I would say it doesn’t have a restaurant on site.

Nice location, clean hot tub, easy to reach hotel workers
It would be more convenient to have laundry detergent, and perhaps disposable toothbrushes and lotion

The apartment itself is great. We had a one bedroom and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to Yaletown bars and restaurants.
Very unhappy with the maintenance and management of the lifts. During our 5 night stay either one or both lifts were out of service. On check out both lifts were out of service. It was early but if we had been texted we would have left extra time and organised for staff to help with luggage down 11 floors. Staff not proactive at all in this situation.
