Location was great, close to the wharf and other stores were within walking distance
When we walked down to the restaurant they told us that they were full and we ended up having to order room service

As always, an impeccable stay! The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable, with spacious rooms, large and comfortable beds, pristine new towels, complete toiletries, and convenient laundry services. The location is perfect—central and close to malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, and shops.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its consistently accommodating, helpful, and attentive staff. The personal touch and exceptional hospitality make every stay feel special. Everything is thoughtfully taken care of, making the experience simply perfect. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel and nice location.
At check in i was told no rooms were available on 15 but there were on 3. I agreed to change with no disclaimer.
The next person 2 minutes later was given my room on 15.
The room, 301, was directly across from the YWCA exercise room. We were required to keep our drapes pulled for privacy. Totally unexceptale. We may as well been on the front sidewalk for privacy. This should be disclosed.
