Appreciated having Starbucks on site for coffee and quick breakfast. The onsite bar was comfy. Pedro the manager was apologetic and accessible when we met with him regarding our concerns with the soiled bedding.
We were shocked and very upset on arriving in our room and finding the sheets were soiled with what appeared to be blood and some other matter. We reported it to the manager and sent him photos. He did have the linens replaced and meet with us to apologize and offer one night compensation. A week later the credit has still not been deposited to our VISA account.
