I was in town for a family event. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. I love the fact that they cleaned my room the next day. Most hotels don’t do that anymore, and I appreciated it. They always had hot coffee available in the lobby. Their check in and out times are great! I wish more hotels would follow their times.
I liked everything about the property.

Easy to find, parking was great. Clean and tidy.
Several issues with the desk staff (rude and dismissive. No apologies or warm welcomes or farewells. We were a annoying them for needing anything. We stayed for as short as possible to not disturb your staff since that’s obviously what we were doing), our room not being ready at check in time (we were on a timeline, and to rectify did nothing, that was the only time we had to get in our room & get ready. (Ran out of time and only had time to drop off) We were basically on your time instead of the other way around. The shower door would not stay closed, opened every other min so water was ALL over the floor. Pillows were uncomfortable and breakfast was… not great. Cold & stale despite in being in the warmers.
