The price, and uber and Lyft were cheap
Somewhat rough surrounding area (homeless population)

Had all of the amenities. Close to everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
New towels weren’t given daily.

I loved the size of the rooms and how updated the hotel was in general. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular more so a lot of bread.
The couch in my room wasn’t spotless, as in I saw a few stains on the couch but it wasn’t noticeable enough that I felt uncomfortable sitting on it.
