The location was fantastic. The breakfast wait staff was great for the most part. The beds were comfy. Shout out to Manny for check in courtesy!
Needs updating in general. One of the elevators was down the whole stay. Shuttle should have an early return option for the special needs crowd.

It was close to Universal Studios with a walking path. Food is near by and a Walgreens.
Everything looked and felt old and made it icky. My room was also not cleaned properly (i.e. food in the chair, a spider in tub, stains by the toilet, and the comforter was not clean) The towels were very rough and also stained.
