The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. We stay here often when we go to Universal. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
No dislikes. Only one suggestion is that it would be nice to have a shuttle for Halloween Horror Nights.

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean
Overall felt a bit run-down…such as carpeting in halls and rooms. Needs a renovation

It was close to everything we did.
Room was smaller than expected, unidentified bugs on the tv stand and window curtains very dusty. AC was on and off working.
