Loved the decor , staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very clean and smelt fresh
Woken by noise a couple mornings but staff sorted it. Wasted $15 - $20 on Starbucks becuase the batista got the order wrong twice. The bus was coming that we were booked on and had to go but im.not sure what batista doesn't know that you add milk to an used latte the drinks literally went in the bin as it was just coffee and water she was too busy chatting and on her phone to care.
Had to ask for loo roll a few times.

Location was great close to International Drive and also shuttle service to Universal Studios. Pool area was nice for relaxing after a long day exploring.
Ongoing renovations including lack of air conditioning due to faults in system. Air con in room was also very noisy. Checkout process, primarily receiving 3 separate email bills and extra charges which wasnt explained at time of checkout and was queried but not resolved. I also emailed Hotel via booking operator prior to our stay but recieved no response.
