This opened 2 months ago. Everything that we saw or used was new. They are still working on some things which I consider normal for being open such a short time. Room was good sized. I booked a room the day before arrival as I couldn't find my original booking (it has gone to spam). The second booking was canceled without penalty. Kudos!!
It is hard to criticize as this hotel has only been open 2 months. Although the room looked clean, we found a couple of pieces of popcorn on the floor and reported this to the front desk. One of the elevators was a bit wonky and we reported this to the front desk too.

We had left a note when booking to say that we were going to be it later. They were very accommodating. When we arrived at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and got us checked in efficiently. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.
The breakfast wasn't the greatest but it was free.

The cost is extremely high for what you get.
