Exactly what we needed!

Loved that it was in view of Lake Arrow. Easy to find and very quiet.
Not keen on self check in at a motel. Although the owners were very quick to respond to any queries. White floor in kitchen area. I wiped it several times . Even though we did not wear shoes in the room it got dirty.

Across from the beach
Room was cute and retro modern
Staff were friendly and helpful
Restaurant latte was excellent as was the Italian sandwich
The attached restaurant did not have breakfast and although they were supposed to offer fresh baked goods it was the same stuff that was left over from the day before when I had a coffee and sandwich at 7pm
They said they only did coffee on stat holidays 😕
