there’s a bus that takes you to port authority so you don’t have to worry about how to get to nyc. the timing is a off tho. they don’t really have a fix time.
the track to the room was a little annoying and the shampoo bottle was empty. they also gave us a half used lotion

I liked it was very comfortable and in a accessible location
I didnt like how when I went to enter my room again after leaving the key wouldn’t work and id have to come backs and get it fixed every time and upon one of the attempts the staff was rude to me

Clean bedding, comfy beds @ pillows, clean bathroom. Decent size refrigerator & glad to have a microwave & TV.
A worker ran down to get us ice after my husband had wandered around looking for it & finally asked directions.
Bad directions to room. Wandered around til we found it & no direction to ice machine.
