This is the second time we have stayed here for NY Comic Con. We take the ferry into the city. The room is spacious and dark at night time, but the lighting in the room when you do need it is sparse. The beds are comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly. We were able to check in early, and we asked if we could leave our car in the parking lot after our stay ended for a few hours, and they let us.
The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. So getting ready in the morning is tough. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear literally everything everywhere. The air conditioner was very loud, too, with no way to turn it off without the room getting too hot.

The breakfast was included, no problem with rooms, a small reastaurant next door.
The closest bus station towards New York is about 15 minutes to the steep hill. This is of course no problem for guests with their own car.
