Easy to find and get back and forth to and from, clean
The room we had was very dark, further away from the areas we wanted to visit, but got sorted by using public transport etc.

A great, convenient location just a 10-minute walk from Union Square and Chinatown, with easy access to nearby bus stops. The room was generously spacious, well-equipped, and featured a comfortable bed with reliable daily housekeeping.
The hotel falls short of a 4-star experience and feels more like a 3-star property. The landing carpets are dated, and the overall interior lacks a welcoming curb appeal upon entry. Soundproofing is poor, leading to multiple sleep disturbances from neighbouring rooms. Additionally, the bar, café, and lounge areas felt closed-off and uninviting, and I was unable to redeem the offered welcome drink as staff were consistently absent from the bar/café area.
