The hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid. All of the staff were polite and helpful. The foyer was superb and the room was clean. It was only a few minutes walk from Union Square.
There was nothing to dislike.

The reception is manned 24/7 and the staff were always very helpful. The games room is a nice touch and the entrance hall area very impressive.
Booked for three male adults, the rooms and beds were not really adequate. The double bed was small, and the sofa bed not very comfortable. The property is fairly central but close to 'the tenderloin' which is not an area to walk around alone at night.
