My stay here was enjoyable. Great amenities and great staff. From the gym to the gaming room, there was so much to enjoy, The lobby alone was impressive. Representatives at Concierge were so much fun and provided a great variety of suggestions for dining and attractions. We felt very welcomed. The suite was very clean, nicely prepared, and equipped with everything needed, down to utensils and dishes. It was great to have a laundry room onsite. The only issue I experienced was from the room being right next to the elevator. The noise from the elevator sounded like an underground subway passing through. If possible, would prefer a room down the hall, away from the elevators. The location was within walking distance to Union Square. I would return to stay here again.

Great renovated suites, we were amazed by how much they updated the rooms and it was way nicer than the photos

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, with any request from me and my wife. Including lending us a tool for cooking in the kitchenette, and even allowed us to leave the luggage for one more day after checkout, which helped us immensely! We were very grateful and surely we'll book again this hotel next time in San Francisco.
I would like to add that we found the mattress very comfortable, which is a crucial aspect when travelling.
