The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. There is a nice outdoor patio that unfortunately was not open. My room was clean, nicely decorated, the bed linens lovely. The lighting was ambient and well done. There was good storage and it was very quiet. The Heating and AC is also excellent.
I wish there was a bathtub. I like to have a hot bath every night and the shower was somewhat challenging.

The room was spacious, bed is very comfortable. Sheets were really nice
Was not given water at check-in as other guests were.

Good location, spacious apartment. The cleaning personnel was extremely helpful and sweet.
The breakfast is a scam- very inflexible, designed in such a way that you have to order more, not a good mix of protein and carbs/fruit. It takes very long, we had mornings when it took longer than 45’ to order and get the food. And the personnel has such a ‘not possible’ mentality, very difficult to get their help to make us feel welcome.
