Location was central to downtown Toronto. Room for a city hotel was very spacious, and was good value for the price paid.
At times the street noise was a tad loud.

Though a very old building, rooms are very clean abd confortable. Location was great within walking distance of the waterfront, main attractions and shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was incredible.

Historic hotel, great location. Very pleasant helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean and with lovely lounge area on ground floor.

Nice front lobby, friendly desk staff
The room was filthy, hair all over the bathroom, the drain was clogged and filled with other guests hair, the glass doors were stained and dirty. There is a noticeable lack of care, and amenities in the room, it felt thrown together and not actually built for comfort or function.
