Free airport shuttle bus was good, excellent breakfast, not included but paid 19CAD for buffet style breakfast with good choices and lovely crispy bacon. Beds were big and comfortable. Black out blinds for good undisturbed sleep. Kettle available from reception desk.
Small reception area got quite busy and crowded. Some confusion with another holiday inn shuttle bus going to a different location. Shuttle buses fill up quickly so you are best to call the hotel and book a place on the next one as soon as you land.

It was clean and quiet
Food in the breakfast buffet was terrible, I should have walk across the parking lot to McDonald’s
