Freshly refurbished, rooms were great. 15 min walk from the train station that takes you either to the airport or downtown
We had to request for the room to be done everyday which we weren't informed at check-in..We stayed 4 nights, the room was cleaned after the first night without asking for anything. The 2nd day after we return from an entire day visiting Vancouver, the room wasn't done. I went to the front desk to report it, they sent someone to quickly pick up trash and bring towels. The 3rd day same thing when we returned. I returned to the front desk where the staff told me that I was supposed to requested everyday. Unbelievable when you pay this much per night.

We loved the overall aesthetic of the lobby and our room. While we could tell this was an older building (particularly the elevators), we thought it was given a great facelift. The room was nicely decorated, the lobby was welcoming and the gym was nice as well.
I sleep warm so didn't like that the only bedding option was a down duvet. We didn't sleep overly great as it was hard to find our tempurature. And not having the pool & hottub available wasn't great, but it's clear that management has taken this seriously by partnering with another nearby property to allow access for Red Roof guests.

The cleaning staff were very nice and well organized. The lady on the 10th floor cleaning was really kind and properly checked in each day.
Front desk staff were a bit lacking when it came to a sense of urgency at times. Additionally, at the price point, and no immediate access to the sky train made it difficult to justify, and also that the ameneties were all closed for construction which I dont believe the price was shifted and accounted for? if it was then it still was too high. Lastly, the room we stayed in was missing the hair dryer and a light bulb in the corner for the lamp.
