We stayed here on two occasions during our trip. On arrival and on leaving. The hotel was as expected for an airport hotel. Reception was efficient and the staff friendly. The room was good except that by an airport you expect double glazing to shut out the noise of the planes.
The room service was excellent and the restaurant was good. The breakfast was extremely busy so be ready for that but it was reasonable. Our evening meal was very good and the staff were very friendly. Good aircon which was needed even at the end of Sept. Great parking but paid.

A very big and comfortable bed.
Privately operated car park means if you don’t immediately pay for your ticket you face a fine - incredibly anti-customer for a leading hotel.
Run down, dated building. Small reception desk with long queues if you’re unlucky to appear at the same time as a tour group.
Aircraft noise from planes taking off at 2am, 3am - amazing there is no proper sound insulation at this location…
