the location is the best you can get in QC and this hotel is a true icon.
The check-in process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. The staff member handling my check-in disappeared with my documents for over 10 minutes without providing any explanation, leaving me waiting at the counter without knowing what was happening. When she eventually returned, I was given a room but she provided an explanation that was unclear and confusing.

Our room was absolutely luxurious and had the best view possible of the river and promenade

The room was not worth the price paid. For the price some kind of breakfast should have been included.
Bathroom too small. No free breakfast.
