The service during our stay was very good, with a completely seamless and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. We were also highly impressed with the room itself, which was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and featured a lovely view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and because the room was so quiet, our entire group enjoyed a perfectly peaceful night's sleep.
Unfortunately, several maintenance and amenity issues held our experience back. Outside, the electric car chargers are not connected to the Flo network and require a physical card that you have to purchase at reception for $10. Inside the room, the bathroom extractor fan was broken, and we were unable to close the bathroom door. Finally, despite booking for a group of four guests, the room prep was lacking; we were only given one tiny bottle of body lotion, and the main conditioner dispenser in the shower was completely empty.
