Beautiful hotel and the location was great.
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Location was excellent for walking to shops and restaurants, both in the old city and the new.
Room was good sized and very well appointed, with bedside controls for lighting, a well laid out bathroom, a good quality hairdryer and climate control that actually worked.
Concierge, Israel, was exceedlingly helpful, as were the guys who handled the valet parking.
Valet parking was reasonably priced.
Very quiet room.
It is a bit pricey.

Our room was particularly confortable.
Service was above all below our expectations. A lot of left overs by the pool, the transportation was unavailable, specially for the return from Bocceli concert. Considering there were a good number of guests that attended this event, there should have been from the hotel de availabilty of transportation in and out
