Great downtown location.
Super friendly and helpful staff from front desk to restaurants to luggage service.
Good facilities and nice restaurant choices.
Bed was very soft. Not great for my back.
Pillow options would have been nice.

The staff is extremely helpful, very friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. The breakfast buffet was amazing! One of the best food selection in the hotels ever. The location is close to main Toronto attractions. In addition, the hotel has stunning views of the lake. We will definitely be back next time we are in Toronto
Nothing. Everything was amazing!

Superb location with views over the bay from our room.
At the price we paid, breakfast should have been included.

Location between the lake and Union Station was excellent. Room size and view were very good, coffee supplies in the room very nice.
