📁 MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR THE FILE (Tenant + Guarantor):
To be considered, please provide the following documents for each person:
Identity document: CNI (both sides) or valid passport.
Current proof of address: The last 3 rent receipts, or last property tax notice, or certificate of accommodation on honour (with the host's national identity card).
Proof of professional activity: Employment contract (or employer's certificate of less than 3 months), or Kbis extract (if self-employed).
Proof of resources: The last 3 payslips and the last complete tax notice.
💡 We also accept: Visale, SmartGarant or Garantme guarantee certificates.
💡 FINANCIAL DETAILS
Monthly rent: €900 including service charges (CC)
Provision for charges: €50 (included in the CC rent)
Security deposit: €1,700 (i.e. 2 months' rent HC)
