Never again

The apartment was clean, spacy and nicely equipped

While the apartment itself was generally acceptable, there were several important issues that significantly affected our experience. First, the property has two floors of very steep stairs and no elevator access. Additionally, the shower drain was partially clogged and the bathroom was not particularly clean upon arrival. The apartment was also poorly stocked for a group booking — only 4 coffee capsules were provided despite our reservation being for 7 guests. The location was also disappointing, with no parking available nearby and limited convenient public transportation access. However, the main reason for this complaint is the complete lack of support after 10:30 PM. After accidentally locking ourselves out, we contacted the apartment support team. They informed us that they would leave a replacement key in a locker box and provide us with a new access code. We agreed to this solution. However, when we returned at approximately 11:10 PM, the code they provided did not work. As a result, we were left outside in the cold for nearly 3 hours with 4 small children, desperately trying to find someone who could help us. The apartment support team stopped answering the phone entirely and did not respond until the next morning around 9:30 AM. We also contacted Booking.com support during the night, but we were told that nothing could be done because they themselves were unable to reach the property management. Ultimately, we had no choice but to book a hotel for the night. Despite the situation being clearly caused by the property’s mistake — specifically providing us with an incorrect access code and then becoming unreachable — the apartment management refused to reimburse us for the hotel expenses. Their explanation that “the problem was ours because we locked ourselves out” is completely unreasonable, especially considering they had already agreed to provide an alternative solution and then failed to do so correctly.

I would stay again the access was easy the neighborhood was quiet and transportation was a wiz to all Paris locations

It was clean beautiful and comfortable

Main shower handles would fall off when you turned the water on clothes dryer did not work but easy remedy by drying clothes on towel warmer in bathrooms

It was a great time spent in Paris!

The apartment is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, you can find very close shops, restaurants, pharmacies, transportation (bus and Metro at 3 min walking,RER bus to Disneyland at 15 min walking). It has 3 bedrooms nice decorate, spacious, with a lot of amenities

The bathroom in the 3rd bedroom had a non-functioning heater and it was always cold, we couldn’t use it. In the second bathroom, the shower mixer was broken. The apartment is in a building which I think in the past was a warehouse or something similar and the apartament isn’t properly soundproofed (noises from the apartment above every evening and noises from control technique automobile ground floor every early morning)

Superb

Very large space with good facilities in a converted industrial building. Quiet road and the appartment was at the back of the building so it was very quiet at night. Neighborhood wasn't too touristy.

Not much. There is a car mechanics on the ground floor so there's a bit of noise in the morning. When we booked the room, the map location on booking.com did not match the address.

Ottima posizione a pochissimi passi dalla metro. Appartamento bellissimo e pulito. Stanze spaziose e bagni grandi, inoltre il terzo bagno con wc è comodo quando si viaggia in tante persone. Tutte le camere da letto e la cucina/soggiorno sono dotate di TV.
