The great central location You didn’t supply enough garbage bags or tea towels for coo

The location and ability to cook

We sat on the floor 1.5 hours in your entryway trying to get into appartment. wrong access codes sent so no access with clear accurate instructions could be received as you supplied no wifi codes ahead of time The codes were wrong and over again each version was wrong You had no English ability to communicate I Had to send video after video of us attempting all the various codes before they eventually sent the right ones even though it had been fully booked and paid in advance I received 5 confirmations of the booking being completed and still no possible access We missed 2 appointments as a result of your incompetencies It was extremely cold and unpleasant the constant alarms were extremely frustrating for items just placed on top f cooktop not cooking and there was no residual heat dangers like the electric jug or a bowl or cup Only having 1 over large knife and no spatula meant it was difficult to cook with The leaking fridge every single day all over the floor of our stay was dangerous because it would move in its cupboard space and not be able to close the door properly hence leak and constant alarms Had to leave towels on the floor for health and safety reasons and my special needs son risk to health and safety risks

Plus is only location.

Only one plus is location and you can check in and out by self .

The apartment it too much to say that was apartment. Room was so tiny, not any even shelves that you could keep your clothes, not even brush or dustpan to clean floor.

Stay was 6/10.

Everything is great location is super close to everything metro, trains is all close and acessible

The rooms are super super super small.

Sehr gute Lage, Metro, Restaurants, Shops in 50-100m.
