We had a lovely stay at this cosy and welcoming property. The owners of the main house were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
I had noticed some previous reviews mentioning concerns about the heating, cooking facilities and bathroom odours. However, we found the property to be well prepared for our arrival. The heaters were available, the dining table was beautifully set, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented.
The property also had a lovely fresh scent from the Rituals oils and diffusers when we entered, which created a very pleasant first impression. There were plenty of extra blankets available, which was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort.
As with any home, particularly one close to the beach and with frequent use of bathroom facilities, there can occasionally be a bathroom smell. We simply used a little bleach each evening and had no issues during our stay.
Overall, we found the property to be clean, cosy, welcoming and well cared for lovely surroundings. The owners were attentive without being intrusive, and we really appreciated the effort they had made to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.
Maybe some extra heaters due to the weather change :-)
